About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer escalations and service requests while communicating status to internal staff and customers.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Perfecto Mobile cloud, microservices, and device operations.
- Manage offline device issues, including updating mobile device firmware and software.
- Document all trouble resolutions using ticketing and change management tools.
- Interface with local and remote NOC support teams to implement new hardware and devices into production.
- Assist with the implementation of new technologies and lead the automation of monitoring administrative tools.
- Perform troubleshooting for Windows, Linux, and global networking/mobile device issues.
- Maintain mobile device databases and create technical documentation.
Requirements
- Three years of professional work experience.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7/365 NOC environment.
- Knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems.
- Understanding of Windows registry and Windows event log analysis.
- Experience with trouble ticketing and change management tools.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow structured processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS, Confluence, JIRA, and Salesforce.
