About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of combination product methods in an R&D laboratory setting.
  • Provide technical laboratory expertise to support metrology testing, engineering verification, and design verification.
  • Offer technical mentorship to junior team members, including guidance on technical issues and document review/approval.
  • Lead the development and validation of test methods to support design verification testing.
  • Perform trending and statistical analysis of analytical data and compile technical reports.
  • Manage device investigations and report aberrant results using Trackwise™.
  • Support R&D lab activities including equipment calibration, qualification, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory environment.
  • Experience in analytical method development and validation.
  • Proficiency in statistical data analysis.
  • Knowledge of design control requirements in line with FDA 21 CFR part 820 and ISO 13485.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate discussions with key stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a regulated GMP environment.
  • Working proficiency with Minitab software.
