Responsibilities

• Develop a portfolio of key accounts
• Identify and structure complex opportunities such as managed services, recurring contracts, and fixed-price projects
• Build, negotiate, and formalize commercial offers
• Guarantee compliance with contractual commitments
• Participate in governance through committees, reporting, and indicators
• Monitor service quality and client satisfaction
• Identify levers for optimization and scope extension
• Contribute to the evolution of offers and methods
• Act as a reference for sales and delivery teams

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in IT Consulting business engineering
• Significant experience in managed services or commitment-based environments
• Ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder contexts
• Business partner mindset and strong sense of responsibility
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
