Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of combined education and/or experience in early childhood, family/human services, or a closely related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and effectively use computer software and databases
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel within the service area
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility, leadership, and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Existing knowledge of community resources
