Development Technician (Pneumatics and Sensor Technology)

Responsibilities

• Support development and manufacturing departments in the creation of missile components, including high-pressure systems, cooling components, and inertial sensors
• Design and construct special test stands using pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical components
• Take technical responsibility for conducting and documenting laboratory tests
• Perform error analyses and implement proposed technical solutions
• Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams across development, manufacturing, and quality management

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or state-certified technician qualification in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
• Professional experience in pneumatics, ideally within the aerospace or defense industry
• Experience with high-pressure systems, pure gas systems, or inertial sensor technology
• Analytical working style with the ability to work independently and structurally
• Strong teamwork skills and an interest in complex, interdisciplinary technical challenges
