Development Technician

Responsibilities

• Develop new products in collaboration with designers, contributing ideas from the early stages
• Act as a key link between development, production, and suppliers throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Realize and test functional models and prototypes, utilizing conventional machining tools
• Analyze market feedback and internal process data to continuously improve product quality

Requirements

• Completed technical education (HTL, technical college, or apprenticeship) in toolmaking, mechanical engineering, or a related field
• Professional experience in a technical or development role is preferred
• Strong manual dexterity and a pragmatic approach to solving technical challenges
• Analytical thinking skills and a commitment to long-term quality standards
• Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive company culture
