Development Project Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure commitment to Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives for power electronics engineering solutions
• Manage project technical risks and develop corresponding mitigation plans
• Lead development teams and facilitate technical decisions to align with project goals
• Report progress and status to steering committees, program managers, and other stakeholders
• Supervise verification and validation activities to ensure compliance with engineering processes
• Deploy applicable engineering processes, methods, and tools throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate innovation and creativity through organized working groups

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, electrical engineering, engineering physics, electronics, or a related field
• Experience in product development across various stages of the product lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and processes
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish is considered an advantage
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment
• A strong drive and passion for leading people and driving product development
