Development Program Quality Manager & PMO

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout and implementation of APQP and Core Tools within the A400M program
• Support the deployment of the Maturity Gates process and ensure adherence to applicable procedures
• Create, update, and monitor Quality Plans within the development perimeter
• Manage transversal quality issues and ensure adequate corrective actions are triggered and closed
• Monitor and control the TAOQA budget, ensuring alignment with the A400M program
• Participate in the definition and structuring of the OP to ensure accurate workload and resource reflection
• Support the A400M PMO in calculating and analyzing the EAC

Requirements

• Degree level education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a high level of motivation to lead complex projects
• Fluency in Spanish and negotiation-level proficiency in English
• Knowledge of APQP implementation and Core Tools
