Development Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated product teams through the full program life cycle to support hypersonic vehicle engineering and Talon-A launch systems
• Develop and manage program budgets, schedules, and resource forecasts
• Drive cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction while making critical decisions regarding constraints
• Implement program management tools and contribute to the development of statements of work and program review gates
• Collaborate with procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure subcontractors deliver products on time and within budget
• Evaluate risks and implement effective mitigation plans
• Communicate program status and technical challenges to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in aerospace program management, including subcontracts, procurement, or launch vehicle integration
• Proven technical aerospace leadership experience, including managing subcontractors
• Experience with prototype manufacturing or low-rate production environments
• Strong expertise in risk management and analytical problem-solving
• Ability to obtain a security clearance at the TS level
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with government agencies and regulatory bodies
• Background in air-launch programs or aircraft/launch vehicle integration
• Experience with large transport category or military aircraft operations
• Experience working within classified environments
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
