Development Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities for new product development and manufacturing process concepts
• Coordinate factory layout planning, tooling/equipment procurement, and line setup
• Oversee production trials, documentation, line readiness, and mass production ramp-up
• Act as the primary liaison with global development centers in Japan, China, Korea, Singapore, and the US
• Build and maintain engineering workflows and support system setups aligned with ISO/IATF standards
• Support quality, delivery, 6S/Kaizen, EHS, and RBA requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional engineering experience
• Proficiency in CAD software (NX preferred)
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Fluency in English
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) roles such as product, process, or production engineer
• Experience acting as a project lead in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of TQM, Six Sigma, and ISO procedures
