Development Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the coordination of interfaces between Train Level and Sub-Systems to ensure efficient time management.
• Develop detailed tender schedules based on internal standards, templates, and stakeholder inputs.
• Identify critical paths and risks, proposing effective mitigation actions to ensure on-time delivery.
• Build and maintain development schedules for project execution, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
• Provide schedule analysis, trade-offs, and physical progress KPIs using earned value management.
• Communicate schedule status and reports to various stakeholders and promote best practices through REX sessions.

Requirements

• Engineering degree.
• 10-15 years of experience as a Planning Manager, PrPM, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or ODY.C.
• Strong knowledge of project management and engineering processes.
• Understanding of tendering, project execution, and their interfaces with engineering, industrial, sourcing, and quality functions.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills for working in multi-cultural environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with railway products and systems.
