About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 150-170 leadership gift prospects, focusing on discovery, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
- Achieve individual fundraising and engagement targets to support Bethel’s annual goals.
- Conduct 15-20 virtual or in-person visits per month to engage donors and prospects.
- Execute regional travel to meet with alumni, parents, and friends.
- Collaborate with Alumni/Parent Relations to develop annual giving programs for athletics, including Homecoming and Giving Day.
- Partner with Advancement Operations and leadership to optimize donor potential and develop strategic fundraising plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Two years of experience in Annual Giving, Sales, or a related transferable field.
- Ability to travel regionally for face-to-face donor interactions.
