Development Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 150-170 leadership gift prospects, focusing on discovery, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Achieve individual fundraising and engagement targets to support Bethel’s annual goals.
• Conduct 15-20 virtual or in-person visits per month to engage donors and prospects.
• Execute regional travel to meet with alumni, parents, and friends.
• Collaborate with Alumni/Parent Relations to develop annual giving programs for athletics, including Homecoming and Giving Day.
• Partner with Advancement Operations and leadership to optimize donor potential and develop strategic fundraising plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Two years of experience in Annual Giving, Sales, or a related transferable field.
• Ability to travel regionally for face-to-face donor interactions.
