Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the full development lifecycle for Terawatt Charging Centers, including site due diligence, entitlements, design, and permitting
• Manage property acquisition due diligence, site design, and property title review
• Perform project underwriting and maintain financial models for development projects
• Navigate entitlement and permitting processes with local, state, and federal agencies
• Oversee pre-construction and construction processes in close collaboration with internal construction managers and external contractors
• Create and maintain complex development schedules and prepare RFP documents
• Present project memorandums and updates to executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and Investment Committees
• Collaborate with internal legal and finance teams to manage contracts and development deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field
• 7+ years of real estate development experience
• Proven experience with ground-up real estate development
• Direct experience managing entitlements

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
• Project experience with a specific focus on electrical and civil design
