Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and research new signing opportunities including new-builds, conversions, and rebranding prospects
• Generate leads through outreach to developers, brokers, consultants, and private equity investors
• Maintain accurate records of lead activity and deal progression in CRM
• Support the full deal lifecycle from qualification through contract negotiation and signing
• Prepare project analysis documents, financial models, and brand fit assessments
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure compliance and brand standards
• Manage the regional events calendar and coordinate participation in industry conferences
• Represent the company at industry events to build relationships with developers and investors

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or Economics
• At least 2 years of experience in hotel development, hospitality real estate, or investment
• Proven track record in sourcing hotel development opportunities
• Experience working with international hotel operators and institutional investors
• Understanding of hotel management agreements, franchise agreements, and lease structures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to prepare compelling business cases and owner presentations
