Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Expand the Accor managed and franchised hotel portfolio in the MEA region, with a primary focus on the KSA market.
• Source, negotiate, and finalize development projects across all brands and contract types, including new builds and transformations.
• Establish and maintain close relationships with key clients to understand their commercial objectives and branding requirements.
• Support regional development teams through opportunity evaluation, pitch development, and contract negotiation.
• Generate leads to grow the Premium, Mid-scale, and Economy segments in assigned markets.
• Maintain a deep understanding of market conditions, the competitive landscape, and prospective investor opportunities.
• Represent the company at local and international seminars, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Validate monthly reports for integration into global reporting systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Full fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Proven expertise in market analysis and conducting feasibility studies.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and stakeholder engagement.
• Solid knowledge of hotel operations, hotel accounting, and financial modelling.
• Ability to interpret legal documents and understand residential development or branded residences.
