Development Facilitator

Responsibilities

• Serve as a catalyst and partnership builder to enhance the well-being of children and their families.
• Manage technical projects including community engagement, child protection, and sponsorship integration.
• Oversee micro projects and advocate for the sustainable well-being of the most vulnerable children.
• Implement Humanitarian Emergency Affairs and Disaster Risk Reduction (HEA-DRR) initiatives within assigned communes.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective program implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, public health, community development, or social work.
• At least 3 years of experience in community development and program implementation.
• Valid motorbike driving license.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and intermediate proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong understanding of child-focused, community-based development concepts and processes.
