Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain pilot and lab equipment
  • Prepare solutions and conduct wet-chemistry bench experiments
  • Perform chemical analyses, optical measurements, and mechanical tests
  • Run and monitor experiments in high-volume manufacturing environments
  • Support the development and validation of new metrology systems

Requirements

  • Associates or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Mechanical design and fabrication experience
  • Laboratory experience in wet-chemistry and bench-top experiments
  • Ability to follow established procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work in challenging conditions while wearing required PPE
