Responsibilities
- Build and maintain pilot and lab equipment
- Prepare solutions and conduct wet-chemistry bench experiments
- Perform chemical analyses, optical measurements, and mechanical tests
- Run and monitor experiments in high-volume manufacturing environments
- Support the development and validation of new metrology systems
Requirements
- Associates or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Mechanical design and fabrication experience
- Laboratory experience in wet-chemistry and bench-top experiments
- Ability to follow established procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in challenging conditions while wearing required PPE
