Development Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead development of radio product variants from concept through design, validation, and manufacturing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across RF, software, mechanical, NPI, operations, and QA
• Manage and coordinate engineers and specialists to ensure effective project execution
• Develop automation processes to improve engineering efficiency and reduce test time
• Create and validate prototypes to confirm design performance and functionality
• Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives while maintaining product quality
• Manage engineering changes related to component end-of-life and lifecycle transitions
• Support regulatory certification processes for new products and markets
• Oversee development of technical documentation including datasheets and integration guides

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Communications Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of industry experience in wireless, radio, or RF product development
• Strong knowledge of radio/Wi-Fi product development and quality processes
• Proven experience working across hardware development and manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills for engineering teams
