About the role
Responsibilities
- Participation in R&D projects of electric driveline and conventional gearbox developments
- Design and detail design of mechanical components of complete drivelines
- Create installation and section-cut drawings
- Technical support for project engineers, in-house production, and suppliers
- Performing technical calculations
- Recommendation and elaboration of design changes
Requirements
- BSC or MSC degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2-5 years experience in component modelling
- Proficiency in Creo
- English and/or German language skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of drivelines and gearboxes in Commercial vehicle technology
- User-level knowledge of PDM/PLM-systems (Windchill)
- Knowledge of GPS and MBD
