About the role
Responsibilities
- Integrate ADAS software packages into computing platforms such as QNX and Linux
- Debug complex communication issues between ADAS and vehicle ECUs via signal chain analysis
- Perform root cause analysis on bus levels using tools like CANoe and Wireshark
- Implement automation for triaging and analysis to improve team processes
- Collaborate with international development teams and external partners to increase efficiency
- Support software release planning and incorporate milestones into technical decisions
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in embedded systems development or validation
- Proficiency in programming languages including C++, Python, and bash
- Experience with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, FlexRay, and Ethernet
- Hands-on experience with debugging and analysis tools like CANoe or Wireshark
- Knowledge of ADAS/AD functions for L2/L3 automated driving
- Valid US driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- General knowledge of vehicle systems, sensors, or ECUs
- Experience working in dynamic environments with changing boundary conditions
- Strong curiosity and motivation to solve open-ended technical challenges
