Development Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in development projects from inception to completion
• Manage project lifecycles including cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and documentation
• Design and develop mechanical systems and optimize prototypes for sustainability and precision
• Collaborate closely with manufacturers, sales teams, and customers to support product use
• Conduct rigorous testing, analyses, and evaluations to ensure quality and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical engineering or a similar field
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes such as turning, milling, and injection molding
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project leadership or management
