About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design activities for aircraft bomb and warhead systems
- Conduct engineering analyses including structural, fragmentation, and performance assessments
- Integrate bomb and warhead structures with fuzing, guidance, and aerial platforms
- Support prototype manufacturing and prepare for testing phases
- Plan and participate in ground, flight, and arena tests
- Ensure all designs comply with MIL-STD, STANAG, and safety regulations
- Oversee technical documentation, configuration control, and MRP/ERP tasks
- Support technical proposals, evaluations, and collaboration with suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in aircraft bomb or warhead design and manufacturing
- Advanced knowledge of product design and development processes
- Strong 3D modelling and simulation skills
- Excellent planning, communication, and cross-functional coordination abilities
