Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain the existing product portfolio and execute design changes
• Take ownership of product and component design, including 3D modeling and 2D drafting
• Oversee prototype production, sample creation, and laboratory testing
• Support dual supply chain development and manage the component library
• Assist in creating instruction manuals, spare parts catalogs, and training materials
• Collaborate with global teams in Italy and Sweden to adapt products for the Chinese market

Requirements

• Higher technical degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in PLM and PDM systems (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill, or Enovia)
• Strong experience in CAD engineering design (e.g., Inventor, Creo, SolidWorks, or CATIA)
• Experience with Bills of Materials (BoM) management and component classification
• Professional English proficiency for global coordination
