Development Engineer 5

Responsibilities

• Architect high-performance Flutter applications and design efficient workflows for iOS and Android platforms
• Develop and maintain complex mobile applications with a focus on performance optimization and responsive UI
• Integrate Flutter applications with native modules (Swift, Kotlin) and third-party SDKs using platform channels
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with product owners and cross-functional engineering teams
• Implement automated test suites, including unit, widget, and integration tests, to ensure application quality
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and automated build processes for seamless mobile application delivery
• Build monitoring and alerting systems for live mobile applications to ensure reliability and scalability

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional mobile development experience, with at least 3 years focused on Flutter
• Proven track record of shipping and maintaining major applications on the App Store and Google Play Store
• Deep knowledge of Dart and Flutter framework internals, including widget lifecycle and rendering pipelines
• Hands-on experience with advanced state management solutions such as BLoC or Riverpod
• Strong understanding of modern architectural patterns like Clean Architecture or Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and mobile deployment tools like Fastlane or GitHub Actions
• Proficiency in integrating Flutter with native iOS and Android modules
