Development Engineer 4

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate an international loyalty platform using the Salesforce Loyalty Solution within an agile DevOps environment
• Design and customize new software applications to enhance functionality and user experience
• Manage software updates, releases, and automated deployment operations
• Provide cross-functional support for component testing, end-to-end testing, and pre/post-deployment processes
• Mentor junior engineers to nurture technical excellence and collaborative knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and integrate tailored software solutions
• Manage technical documentation and track software performance metrics to improve system reliability

Requirements

• 8 to 11.5 years of relevant professional experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Service Cloud developer
• Foundational knowledge of the Salesforce Loyalty solution
• Experience with B2C loyalty programs and practices
• Experience working in large teams using Agile or DevOps methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Service Cloud certification
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Knowledge of German language skills
