About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and integrate new software and web applications using Java and microservices architecture
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements
- Provide technical leadership and serve as a mentor for junior-level Software Development Engineers
- Research, write, and edit technical documentation, including software designs and test results
- Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to ensure applications meet all specifications
- Present and defend architectural and technical choices to internal audiences
- Monitor and evaluate competitive applications and industry practices
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Strong experience in back end development
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate
- Expertise in Microservices and SQL
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
