Development Engineer 3

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and develop new software and web applications using React, Vite, and modern UI patterns
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend engineers to define technical requirements
• Optimize components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical feedback, and mentor junior developers
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to coding guidelines
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and estimation
• Research and recommend new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with Vite for front-end development workflows
• Solid understanding of React Hooks, Component Architecture, and State Management (Context API, Redux)
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Design
• Experience working with REST APIs and asynchronous programming
• Ability to design reusable UI components and ensure high performance
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python scripting and SQL
• Proficiency with Git branching strategies and merge conflict resolution
• Familiarity with Jira for task management and sprint workflows
• Basic experience with Docker and integrating with CI/CD pipelines
