Development Engineer 3

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate innovative software solutions
• Conduct system requirement analysis and application customization to ensure optimal functionality
• Assist with software update processes and the rollout of new software releases
• Mentor junior engineers to foster technical excellence and shared knowledge
• Partner with Quality Assurance to verify software meets technical specifications and deliver reliable applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within software applications and systems
• Conduct training sessions for operational staff to ensure effective use of internal applications

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (or equivalent combination of coursework and experience)
• 5-7 years of relevant professional work experience
• Proven expertise in software design and development
• Strong experience in system requirement analysis
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring capabilities
