Development Engineer 3

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate innovative software solutions.
• Conduct system requirement analysis and application customization to ensure optimal functionality.
• Assist with software update processes and the rollout of new software releases.
• Mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence and shared knowledge.
• Partner with Quality Assurance to verify that software meets technical specifications and reliability standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within software applications and systems.
• Conduct training sessions for operational staff to ensure effective use of internal applications.
• Synthesize market research and industry trends to inform project strategies.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in software design and development.
• Proven experience in system requirement analysis and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
