Development Engineer 3

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development, implementation, and testing of B2C Billing applications within an international agile Scrum team.
• Manage DevOps responsibilities, including monitoring, runbooks, and fixes in a high-volume billing environment.
• Support business operations by managing billing-related operational incidents.
• Define test cases and participate in reactive application development.
• Collaborate within an agile SAFe context to deliver new requirements and system changes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience specializing in Oracle BRM V12 (CNE).
• Proven experience in a DevOps role within high-volume billing environments.
• Strong knowledge of C and Java programming languages.
• Proficiency with Oracle DBMS and PLSQL.
• Experience with system integration technologies including SOA, WebService, RESTful, and SOAP.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Perl shell scripting.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline approaches, DM Kafka, and related technologies.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
