Development Engineer 3

Responsibilities

• Deploy containerized applications across bare-metal server clusters and manage automatic scaling based on demand
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions using tools like Prometheus and Grafana to track infrastructure health
• Establish CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment and rollout of Kubernetes services
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize resource utilization through capacity planning and performance tuning
• Document platform operations, processes, and best practices to share knowledge with the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or Systems Engineering
• Proven experience in cloud platform administration
• Proficiency in container technologies including Kubernetes, containerd, or nerdctl
• Experience implementing CI/CD tools and systems
• Proficiency in Go (Golang), Shell scripting (Bash), and YAML/JSON
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible
• Advanced knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP, DNS, UDP, IPv4/IPv6, and Load Balancing
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation to maintain system reliability
