Development Engineer 2

Responsibilities

• Contribute to core development work including feature implementation, enhancements, debugging, and code optimization
• Support UI development and implement compliance configuration tasks such as rule setup and policy logic mapping
• Work closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality features
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to established coding standards and best practices
• Collaborate with the team on automation, testing frameworks, and continuous process improvements

Requirements

• Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or similar programming languages
• Basic to intermediate experience in UI development using React or similar frameworks
• Proven problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to quickly learn and understand complex compliance-related logic and tooling
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
