Development Director

Responsibilities

• Identify new sites and engage with property owners through proposals and negotiations
• Evaluate economic models to recommend deal structures
• Manage permit acquisition processes and lobby government officials
• Coordinate community outreach to build supporter coalitions
• Develop creative solutions for complex regulatory environments
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with landlords and partners
• Collaborate with Sales, Deployment, Operations, and Architecture departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3–5+ years of professional experience in commercial real estate, finance, public policy, law, or urban planning
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel on an ad hoc basis

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or JD
• Project management experience
