Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Senior Development Director and management team
• Assist in identifying potential sites for IKE kiosks and large-format signage
• Support engagement efforts with property owners and local businesses
• Help organize communications with city partners and property owners
• Prepare and deliver presentation materials for pitches to officials and staff
• Track lease agreements, permit applications, and project documentation
• Maintain accurate records and databases related to development projects
• Assist with planning launch events for new markets, including vendor coordination
• Research industry trends and prepare reports for city offerings
• Manage team-wide data systems to track progress against goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in urban planning, real estate development, or finance
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Salesforce, Canva, Asana, Smartsheets, or Slack
