About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive territory quota attainment, partner retention, and growth of active partners
- Maintain regular contact with partners to ensure satisfaction and continued success
- Partner with Sales Engineers to generate new business and develop current customers through the partner network
- Support partners with standard methodologies, product training, and event support
- Accurately forecast partner transactions by quarter
- Maintain deep knowledge of all WatchGuard products, services, and internal sales tools
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in direct and indirect sales within a related industry
- Proven experience working within a two-tier/channel sales ecosystem
- History of consistent plan development and quota achievement
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business, sales, or marketing
- Strong presentation and written communication skills
- Fluency in English

- Experience in the network or cybersecurity industry
- Ability to self-manage effectively
