Development and Support Engineer Electronics

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for electronics topics by reviewing field issues, failures, and warranty claims
• Determine root causes and collaborate with development teams on fixes and corrective measures
• Support customer-facing teams (sales, service) and production teams in troubleshooting electronics-related problems
• Contribute to sustain engineering activities to ensure long-term product reliability and maintainability
• Design, develop, and improve electronic hardware including controllers, sensors, and modules from concept to series production
• Integrate electronic components into lubrication systems and optimize designs for performance and reliability
• Plan and execute validation tests and support documentation and industrialization

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related technical field
• Solid experience in electronic hardware development, preferably in industrial or automation environments
• Experience with hardware integration, testing, and compliance with industry standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technical support, sustain engineering, or field issue resolution
• Exposure to production environments and troubleshooting processes
• Experience working with external partners and certification institutions
• Basic knowledge of embedded software development and IoT
