Development Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed underwriting packages including investment committee memorandums, pro-formas, and market comps
• Conduct market research on supply/demand, economic drivers, and infrastructure for target geographies
• Perform detailed financial modeling and sensitivity analysis for the multifamily development pipeline
• Compile and maintain due diligence checklists and review environmental, zoning, and market reports
• Track project timelines and coordinate handoffs between asset management and capital markets teams
• Manage land closing processes in partnership with the legal team
• Support capital markets by preparing project summaries and coordinating with lenders and appraisers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in a real estate investment firm (multifamily experience preferred) or a Master's degree
• High proficiency in Excel modeling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong written communication and analytical skills
• Highly detail-oriented personality
