About the role

Responsibilities

  • Promptly paying and tracking incoming invoices
  • Oversee email and phone communications related to donor support and giving inquiries
  • Manage expenditure tracking and financial reporting processes
  • Maintain records and reporting of high-dollar contributions
  • Maintain website accuracy, functionality, and content
  • Complete various tasks assigned by the Administrative Manager and Executive Team

Requirements

  • Excellent oral, written, and professional communication skills
  • Knowledge of Google Suite and data entry
  • Passion for conservative ideas and principles
  • Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Very detail oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Past administrative experience
  • Prior involvement with Turning Point Action, its affiliates, and/or political campaigns
  • Prior use of Airtable or other relevant basic design platforms
