About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build a client base of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, families, and business owners
  • Develop comprehensive wealth management and investment strategies tailored to client needs
  • Provide recommendations regarding portfolio construction, security selection, monitoring, and rebalancing
  • Execute a business plan focused on prospecting, marketing, and cultivating relationships with potential clients and referral sources
  • Implement sales strategies to proactively attract, acquire, and retain customers to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with TD Partners to provide goal-based wealth advice across a full range of product and service solutions
  • Identify and manage risks effectively to protect the interests of the organization

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree in finance, business, economics, or a related discipline
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Representative with CIRO
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing, sales, or relationship-focused role
  • Deep knowledge of investment markets, the investment landscape, and portfolio management
  • Ability to obtain a Life Insurance License (LLQP) within 6 months of hire
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and entrepreneurial prospecting skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional designations such as CFP, CIM, and/or CFA
