Developer/Engineer-PEGA

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade workflow and case management solutions using Pega Infinity 24.x or higher.
• Perform application design and development with a focus on Pega Constellation and Pega Cosmos.
• Design relational databases in Oracle and manage complex SQL queries.
• Implement case management, workflows, and business rules (BPM/BRE).
• Manage Pega administration tasks including installation and configuration.

Requirements

• Pega CLSA certification (mandatory).
• 8+ years of hands-on experience working with Pega BPM.
• Proven experience in the Financial Services domain, preferably in Banking.
• Strong experience with Pega 8.x and managing upgrade projects.
• Proficiency in RDBMS and SQL.
• Experience with Pega Cloud or AWS environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DX APIs, Blueprint, or AI technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud technology or Pega deployment on containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with payments, disputes, or lending workflows.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the banking sector.
• Experience working within Agile delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing skills.
