Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and maintain software programs and applications to ensure high-quality deployment and meet client requirements.
• Develop software solutions by studying information needs, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
• Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues and problem statements.
• Perform coding and ensure optimal software and module development.
• Develop and automate processes for software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
• Modify software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces.
• Collaborate with functional teams, systems analysts, and project managers to convert requirements into feasible designs.
• Provide timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and code comments.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Flutter.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting system issues.
• Experience with automated testing and software validation.
