Developer & Tech Ops

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the 8lab platform, including the member area, user journeys, and dashboards
• Build new features to improve member experience and retention
• Maintain and optimize existing infrastructure for performance, scalability, and security
• Design and develop integrated mini-SaaS tools, internal automations, and value-added modules
• Build custom business tools such as compliance systems, invoice generators, and pop-up builders
• Integrate third-party tools via APIs (e.g., Xero, Webflow, ActiveCampaign, ClickUp)
• Collaborate with Product Managers and web designers to transform mockups into functional products
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation while maintaining security standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-stack TypeScript development
• Mastery of React and Next.js (App Router, Server Components)
• Strong backend experience with Node.js (API Routes, Express, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and ORMs like Prisma (handling complex schemas)
• Experience with third-party API integrations and REST/Webhooks architectures
• Proficiency with TypeScript, Zod, Git, Vercel, and CI/CD best practices
• Mastery of Tailwind CSS and headless UI libraries like Radix UI or shadcn
• Ability to work autonomously and switch between frontend features, backend scripts, and DevOps fixes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Whop, Hotmart, or Discord.js
• Familiarity with OpenAI, AWS S3, or Pusher
• Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and Webflow custom code
• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms
