Developer Relations Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Support technical/development exchange meetings (meetups, workshops, seminars, etc.)
• Plan and operate company-wide job-related training (development, publishing, AI, etc.)
• Discover and plan agendas and speakers based on a deep understanding of KRAFTON's business and strategy
• Develop and support ways to activate communication between internal and external developers
• Plan and operate development events such as conferences, hackathons, and game jams

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience (Developer Relations, PM, event planning, education planning, etc.)
• Experience independently planning and completing conferences, seminars, or company-wide training programs
• Business-level English communication skills (email, meetings, recruitment) for international members or partners
• Experience leading projects by collaborating with various internal departments and external vendors
• Ability to travel overseas

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience planning/operating developer-focused events like hackathons or game jams
• High understanding of the gaming industry and experience collaborating with development/publishing organizations
• Experience in English session planning, content writing, and speaker communication
• Fast learning ability and willingness to apply AI tools to work
