Responsibilities
- Write the playbook for onboarding and educating customers onto Sierra's Agent SDK and Agent Studio
- Lead the creation and execution of developer training and enablement programs
- Build technical documentation, educational videos, onboarding paths, and sample repositories
- Develop and deploy AI Agents as an Agent Software Engineer
- Collaborate with marketing teams to publish developer case studies and success stories
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software development or developer relations
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
- Strong technical skills with developer tooling, SDKs, and APIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience designing technical training or community initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing agents using LangGraph or MCP servers
- Proficiency with TypeScript
- Comfort writing code with AI assistants like Claude, Codex, or Cursor
- Experience with early-stage developer product ecosystems
