Responsibilities

• Own bem's developer-facing presence, including content, community, and distribution
• Repurpose existing blog posts, documentation, and podcast episodes for developer reach
• Produce technical, opinionated, and useful new content and video
• Build relationships in developer communities within logistics, insurance, fintech, and healthcare
• Own the Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy to amplify brand signal in LLMs
• Build the DevRel function from scratch, defining channels, cadence, and content formats

Requirements

• Proven ability to grow developer-facing content and build community presence
• Technical proficiency to understand API documentation and write tutorials
• Strong, opinionated perspective on AI infrastructure
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to execute without heavy supervision
• Ability to use AI tools to enhance research and quality rather than for generic volume
• Experience driving meaningful developer engagement and API adoption
