About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary connector between the colourization team and cross-functional product teams for seasonal color, print, and garment dye developments.
  • Manage the end-to-end lab dip process to ensure consistency across various substrates.
  • Ensure lab dips and strike-offs meet technical quality standards for aesthetic and performance attributes.
  • Review color and colorfastness quality to align with design, merchandising, and business visions.
  • Develop artworks for print, including checking layout, color, and colorfastness testing.
  • Work closely with RM vendors and sub-contractors through daily updates and regular communication.
  • Serve as a key representative for print in the Taiwan region, supporting troubleshooting with vendors and the supply chain.
  • Facilitate the workflow from the inception of color through to seasonal readiness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in textiles and color.
  • University degree or College Diploma, preferably in textiles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of dyeing and printing development techniques.
  • Experience working with and traveling to suppliers in Taiwan and other APAC markets.
  • Fluency in Chinese (written, reading, and spoken).
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage complex technical issues.
