Developer Platform Operations

About the Company

Faraday Future (FF) is a California-based global technology company focused on the design, engineering, and intelligent operation of electric vehicles and embodied AI systems. Through its FF EAI Brain, the company is building a next-generation robotics intelligence platform.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the developer portal experience, including onboarding, API key management, and documentation.
• Oversee the Youth Developer Program with educational content and mentorship.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for the developer community, providing guidance on SDK/API integration and debugging.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the FF Developer Lab, including hardware leasing, facility scheduling, and safety compliance.
• Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to support go-to-market activities for new API and SDK releases.
• Maintain operational records and produce KPI dashboards for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Product Management, or Business.
• 3–5 years of experience in developer relations, platform operations, or technical program management.
• Solid understanding of API ecosystems, SDK workflows, and software development best practices.
• Ability to read and contextualize code in Python, Node.js, or similar.
• Exceptional bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills in high-velocity environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing developer communities in robotics, IoT, AI/ML, or cloud platforms.
• Background in robotics hardware, embedded systems, or embodied AI.
• Experience operating physical lab or makerspace environments.
• Track record of running developer programs, hackathons, or STEM initiatives.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Postman, Jira, or Confluence.
