Developer Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the India developer marketing strategy across priority audiences, channels, communities, and product moments.
• Build programs to improve developer awareness, education, product understanding, adoption, and advocacy.
• Translate global developer launches and narratives into localized, India-relevant activation plans.
• Partner with Developer Relations and technical stakeholders to ensure programs are credible and grounded in builder needs.
• Develop repeatable plays across content, technical education, developer events, hackathons, and community moments.
• Support startup marketing initiatives where developer and founder ecosystems overlap.
• Establish operating rhythms, measurement, and feedback loops with global and APAC partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in developer marketing, technical marketing, or product marketing for technical platforms.
• Proven track record of building credible marketing programs specifically for developer audiences.
• Experience leading India-market or multi-city programs across various engagement channels.
• Strong cross-functional experience working with Developer Relations, Product, Growth, and Partnerships.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI, APIs, developer platforms, cloud tooling, or applied AI ecosystems.
• Deep familiarity with India developer communities, technical events, and startup accelerators.
• Experience managing the overlap between developer and startup audiences through founder storytelling or ecosystem activations.
