Developer Evangelist

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the developer community through forums, Discord, GitHub, and regular touchpoints
• Own the developer content strategy, including technical walkthroughs, architecture guides, and API use case spotlights
• Drive improvements to developer documentation, ensuring high-quality guides, quickstarts, and code samples
• Develop documentation optimized for LLM-assisted development and AI coding tools
• Represent Healthie at conferences, developer meetups, hackathons, and healthcare tech events
• Partner with Sales and Solutions teams to provide live demos and tangible examples of platform capabilities

Requirements

• Experience in developer relations, technical marketing, or a similar technical/external-facing role
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code to produce credible examples and hold technical conversations
• Exceptional technical writing skills for documentation and blog posts
• Strong instincts for developer experience (DX) and identifying friction in onboarding flows
• Proven experience in community building
• Interest in the healthcare domain and its unique technical challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building with AI coding tools
• Knowledge of what makes an API and its documentation "LLM-friendly"

Benefits

• Salary range: $115,000 - $135,000 base
