Developer, AI Engineering

Responsibilities

• Implement production-grade AI services and pipelines (batch and real-time) with a focus on reliability and performance in the cloud.
• Manage the packaging and deployment of models as scalable services, including APIs, jobs, and agents with clear SLAs and monitoring.
• Embed AI governance into engineering workflows, ensuring security, data classification, and regulatory traceability.
• Implement Generative AI patterns such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and agent workflows.
• Build and maintain automated MLOps/LLMOps delivery pipelines covering training, evaluation, deployment, and rollback.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure all AI solutions meet internal and external regulatory expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering and 3+ years focused on AI/ML systems.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions in Azure and GCP environments.
• Experience delivering AI solutions within regulated industries such as banking, financial services, or healthcare.
• Deep understanding of production concerns including reliability, scalability, observability, and security.
• Familiarity with enterprise MLOps/LLMOps tooling and platform design.
